The Catrina Skirt by Pure Essence is a flirty little number with tulip hem that's ruffled around the edges. It has a wide elastic waistband for comfort, and the bamboo rayon fabric is soft and eco-friendly. It comes in Navy or Black in sizes XS to XXL.
